The overall mission of Squiggle Gang is to use pure unbridled creativity and a sense of wonder with the hopes of lifting people's spirits, distracting from day to day struggles and provoking more questions than answers.

Daz had a joyfulness and passion that was infectious, he was filled with love and could see the best in everyone and everything. He encouraged everyone to embrace their artistic side and was never anything but supportive, kind and positive.

As is now expected from the Nomad Clan, the mural in Doncaster contains lots of references to the town. The name ‘Futures Past and Present’ also reflects this sense of history whilst also using it as a launch pad to see the future.

Like many of the locations we have been invited to paint in the last few years, Baxter Park is a communal space somehow missing a community - a shadow of what it might have been in the past.
