Annie
CARPENTER

Annie Carpenter is based at Rogue Studios in Manchester where she co-curates the Rogue Project Space along with Taneesha Ahmed. Her work often takes the form of performative videos and sculptural objects, and is concerned with artistic productivity, astronomy, entropy, and time. She approaches art-making scientifically – by repeating tasks, observing phenomena, and recording the process of ‘trying’ to achieve results. She is studying MA Fine Art at Manchester School of Art and BSc Natural Sciences with the Open University.

ArtBomb is Doncaster's experimental arts festival & pop-up art space — designed to provoke debate across current environmental, mental health and ecological thinking — in collaboration with the Unitarian Church.
